Inspection Reports

Outstanding or Excellent in every area.

Independent Schools Association June 2014

It was wonderful to welcome The Gower School into ISA membership a year ago and to now see it join the elite ranks of ISA schools that have achieved the highest inspection accolade: outstanding or excellent in every category. This is testament to the hard work of the staff and to the first-class leadership of the school, which clearly puts the pupils at the centre of all it does. It has been a pleasure to support the work of The Gower School in helping them to achieve this fabulous result.

Neil Roskilly, CEO of the Independent Schools Association.

As a member of the Independent Schools Association, The Gower School is inspected by the Independent Schools’ Inspectorate. ISI inspected the primary and nursery schools in June 2014 and graded the school Excellent or Outstanding in every single category. ISI visited both nursery and primary schools for a regulatory compliance inspection, and EYFS inspection in May 2018, the school was fully compliant in all areas, and the EYFS inspection outcome was Outstanding in every area.
