TGS Animation Club claims first in ISA Film Competition

24th June 24

We are delighted to share the fantastic news that our Upper School Animation Club has won first prize in the national ISA Film and Animation Competition! The talented team, comprising of five children in Forms 4, 5 and 6 and led by Miss Rock, created an extraordinary piece titled ‘Why Are Mothers So Great?’.

This hand-drawn stop-motion animation showcases the team’s exceptional creativity. The children meticulously crafted each scene from scratch, pouring their love and appreciation for their mothers into every frame.

You can watch their award-winning film here.

The ISA Film and Animation Competition is a fantastic opportunity for pupils of all ages to use both creative and technical skills. In partnership with Feel Good Films, the competition celebrates the artistic achievements of young pupils across the UK.

We extend our warmest congratulations to the winning children and Miss Rock on this remarkable achievement. Their success is a testament to their hard work, passion, and creative talent. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishment and look forward to seeing more of their inspiring work in the future.
