Garden

Our garden is a very big part of our day here at The Gower School with each class having garden play on a daily basis. It is well equipped with child-size tricycle’s, balls and all manner of play time toys as well as a beautiful, colourful wendy house and a separate climbing frame. There is also a separate cordoned area where our babies make the most of the garden too!

Teachers maximise the use of the garden wherever weather permits for both play and educational purposes, the children often enjoy growing and planting exercises in our child-size planting areas, wet play in our water tank or even a spot of lunch outside in the sun!

The garden is often a place for sociable meetings such as fundraising tea party’s and cake sales that are a regular affair at The Gower School.
