Holiday Fun Club Assistant

ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING / STUDYING TERM TIME ONLY? LOOKING TO INCREASE YOUR HOURS OVER THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?

Due to the continued success of our Holiday Fun Club, we are looking for Holiday Fun Club staff at our Primary school. The hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday during the school holidays. This could also be ideal work for someone working in a school, looking for additional hours during school holidays. Experience in a similar role, in a school/day nursery/holiday fun club would be ideal.

Your role will include:

• Working as a team member and to assist in the smooth running of the Holiday Fun Club
• To be a positive role model for the children and to be reliable, supportive, caring and professional
• Look after the children’s welfare needs and ensure children are supervised effectively
• Assist with setting out activities and help to provide opportunities that are appropriate for the children’s age and stage
• Taking on opportunities to run a group, subject to qualifications and experience

Salary: £10.50 – £13.00 per hour dependant on qualifications and experience and will be discussed at interview stage.
