Job Description

The Gower School are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant for 48 weeks of the year to join our team (opportunity to train to become a Montessori Teacher).

Candidates need to be highly motivated, sensitive, flexible, enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated and passionate with a good team spirit, and able to contribute to a strong team. We offer an excellent working environment in a well-resourced Accredited Montessori Primary school (Montessori training or experience not necessary).

The Gower School is an over-subscribed, thriving, popular and dynamic school, which was deemed ‘Excellent in all areas’ in our latest ISI inspection. The right applicant should be willing to be involved in all aspects of school life.

Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 dependant on qualifications and experience and will be discussed at interview stage.
