Place of work: North London, N1 9JF

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week – the school is open from 8am to 6pm, 48 weeks of the year and staff work within a shift system. This is a permanent position.

Start: Asap

Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 dependant on qualifications and experience and will be discussed at interview stage

Person specification:

As our ideal senior administrator, you will have excellent administration and communication skills, great attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. As part of a busy school environment, the ability to deal with parents, pupils and visitors, in a polite and helpful manner is required. Experience of working in schools is desirable but not essential. You will be educated to A Level, with GCSE passes in English and Maths (essential) or hold a Degree (highly desirable).

Key responsibilities:

This position involves liaising with the Principal and music teachers to organise school music festivals and recitals, being responsible for all Holiday Fun Club administration and administration and accuracy of all computerised database systems and online platforms: iSAMs, Google Forms and Medical Tracker. In addition, provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership team whenever requested, organisational support for projects, conferences and school trips involving liaison with staff, pupils, parents and external stakeholders.
