The Empowered Parenting course looks at the crucial development stages of a child and offers new ideas, tips and techniques for parents to help their child progress at every stage. The course has been referred to as a “revelation” by our parents who have “noticed changes in one day”.
Each week is dedicated to the following areas: The secrets of child development; Behaviour; Language development and the basics of literacy, Number development and the basics of maths & Creativity, offering thoughtful and practical advice on all the areas of your child’s learning.
Every module includes information, discussion, practice and application with the opportunity to discuss personal experiences with other parents. The course offers concise insights into the Montessori approach and empowers parents in taking the approach at home as it is at school.
Miss Gowers has been extensively trained in order to be able to provide this service to parents- both those who do and do not attend The Gower School. The course is run each term by Miss Gowers.
