Entry is at any point in the nursery (as a baby, toddler or preschooler at 2.5 or 3 years old) or for reception year at the primary school. This is the academic year in which your child has their fifth birthday.
We recommend that you visit the school or nursery prior to registering if you are able to.
To register, a parent completes the relevant Registration Form – either for Nursery or School, stating the desired term or date of entry and the attendance pattern requested. The registration forms are downloadable from our website.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of £50.00 for each application, and 2 photos of each child are requested. The child will then be placed on the waiting list for the desired entry date, and receipt of your registration form is acknowledged by letter.
Nursery Admissions
Children are offered places at the nursery subject to availability. Full time places are prioritised for offering. Places are offered by email, and the nursery Terms & Conditions and Acceptance of Place form is attached to the offer email.
When a place is offered we require a deposit of £650 or £1000 as well as the completed Acceptance of Place form to secure the place. The deposit is fully refunded if 3 months written notice is given.
Primary School Admissions
During the Autumn Term a year before your child is due to start reception you are contacted by the school and invited to an informal assessment and interview in December or January. (So we will meet September 2013 children in December 2012 and January 2013)
We are oversubscribed, and we favour applications from families whose children attend a 'good' (accredited) Montessori nursery. We do not guarantee places for children from our own nursery, although this is the main feeder to the school. There is a separate registration for the primary school which all families, including our nursery, are required to complete. There is no official priority given to siblings.
We meet all children as part of our admissions process, so that we can get an idea of each child’s ability and potential, and a teacher will spend 1:1 time getting to know the child during a 20 minute session. Both parents are requested to meet with the Principal to discuss their child and requirements.
Offers for places are made at the end of January, and parents are asked to respond within 14 days.
Places are offered by email, and the School Terms & Conditions and Acceptance of Place form is attached to the offer email.
When a place is offered we require a deposit of £1000 as well as the completed Acceptance of Place form to secure the place. The deposit is fully refunded if a full terms written notice is given (on or before the first day of the preceding term)
Please note applications for September 2013 entry must be received in to the school office by Thursday 31st May.
